This system utilizes the concept of compaction to load an over the road semi trailer with up to 40,000 pounds of scrap Old Newsprint (ONP). Less labor is needed to load the paper into the truck because you have no second handling like you would with a bale. At the processor’s site, the trailer can be tipped and the paper introduced directly to the process without having wires to remove or “fluffing”.
