Specifications

Replaces self-contained compactor/containers for most installations with lower tare weights and greater payloads
Compactor can be raised 4” or more to increase the receiver container liquid containing ability & capacity
Elevated chamber floor and baffle plate stops liquids from seeping out the back of the compactor
Extended compaction snout helps keep liquids and material inside the container compaction opening
Safety guarding is placed around the base to protect personnel from moving parts

Domestically Sourced

We use only domestically sourced structural steel components for our equipment foundations. (e.g. I-beam, C-channel, Tube, Angle, etc.) Many manufacturers cut corners by using formed sheet metal components on their Frames & Rams, impacting the performance and durability of their machines.

High Quality Components

We use high-quality, name-brand components. We have partnered for many years with top suppliers including Baldor Motors, Vickers Pumps & Valves, AB Electrical Components, and US made hydraulic cylinders and binder ratchets. We stock most components for easy replacement or can drop ship parts directly to you from the manufacturer.

USA Flag

We believe in buying American. Today, a huge number of components are made overseas, with varying degrees of quality. At SP Industries, we purchase domestically made products as much as possible and always work with US-based suppliers.
